Another gone

Im sad to say that another one of my favorite actors has passed. Early this morning Britney Murphy died after the result of a cardiac arrest. No further information is given as of now.

I really enjoyed her acting, especially in one of my favorite gal pal movies, Uptown girls. I love the way she portrays the character and her body language just cracks me up. I am sad shes gone..its kinda hard to digest. Shes gone? I wont see her again in any movies. And to die so young, 32, is just heart tugging.

Prayers of comfort be with her family and friends.

Often but not always refered to

Its interesting how ppl associate/liken you with another person whether its by looks, expressions, or personality. Say for instance one of my beautiful sisters Brittney. Her looks and beautiful smile have always reminded me of the actress Winona Ryder.

I, for some foreign reason,

get associated with the Olsen twins, ever since i was little.

Im still on the fence with that notion.

Anywho, the point im getting at is that my husband gets associated with Charlie Sheen. Hence why I've nicknamed him Charlie. My guess is...the facial structure...they both have rectangular face shapes...very strong....and maybe brows. yup.

And so it was born

One saturday night with Rachel and Rob(sis/broInlaw) it was decided that the movie for our viewing pleasures would be The Fifth Element. Reason being; its actually an amusing show but mainly because Robby had not seen it before. So with M tucked in bed, candy and drinks in hand, we all huddled on the downstairs couch to watch the show on the wall(via projector). During the movie one particular character with hair the color of a bright orange crayon peeked the same epiphany in each of our heads as we heard the character speak. And That thought was

" Wow, isn' t that funny, she sounds exactly like M!"

It was the immediate response from Rachel who said

"Hey she sounds just like M when M talks."

that got us all in an uproar of how hilarious and True that statement was.

We all agreed and laughed for a while while missing the little girl at that moment. Because when shes got something to say its often common to never be understood. Her words kind of mesh together in one big mess of words therefore birthing her own language. It is then in that hour when everyone turns to me for the translation of it.

Now even I, her mother of which spends every waking moment with M, cannot always understand what she says either. Yes, I said it, I can't always understand my OWN daughter.

But am proud to counter that in most cases I am the one who can victoriously decipher and decode what little Miss Lelou has to say.

And that, my friends, is how her nickname was born.

I have much to be THANKFULL for

I have my lovely Companion, Best Friend, shoulder-to-cry-on, Lover, sweetheart... We share a Kissing, jibberish-speaking, friendly, spirited, light on her feet, smiley daughter... We share Loving, Self-less, supportive, constant, Forever Families...

We have food on the table, a good roof over our heads, a working car to drive, a stable job, clothes on our backs, beds to sleep in, bills paid, great healthcare, people who care(Friends), and Our Lord Jesus Christ. What could possibly top this?

Nothing!...in my eyes. ...because even if something could it would not matter because I am reminded of what I DO have.

I am thankfull for Thanksgiving.

AND

Isn't time both YOU and I be thankful for what we Do have and

CareLESS about what we DON'T have?

I will NOT give in to IFfy(if i had this of IF i had that) and I will be Jiffy!

Its 25 days till Christmas! I have sales to find : presents to buy : money meant 2 b spent :projects to do :presents to wrap :boxes to ship :insurance to buy :no time to waste! Is anybody feeling the pressure? Are you all prepared as you seem? NOT ME!
