The numbers! new moon blow out!

THIS JUST IN... New Moon Sets New Record for Midnight Screenings
"Everyone in the industry was expecting the opening of The Twilight Saga: New Moon to be big, but few would have predicted that it would top the performances of The Dark Knight and Harry Potter to record the biggest midnight opening in movie history. But that's exactly what it did, as it earned a massive $26.27 million in 3,514 theaters to beat the previous record of $22.2 million, held by Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Fans are already counting the number of times they've seen the movie on message boards around the web, and clearly a phenomenal weekend is in prospect. While The Dark Knight's $158 million all-time weekend mark seems unlikely to fall (not least because New Moon is playing in 300 fewer theaters), a place in the all-time top 10 looks increasingly likely. Even more remarkably, the midnight shows alone put the movie in the top 100 single days of all time, and a top 10 showing there is inevitable. "
im both excited and worried! hope we get good seats

That Pie?

Photobucket ouuuu you'd better believe it was delicious! I have to say the texture won me over! Homemade IS the way to go on this one. However the recipe i used I do believe had a bit of excess of a certain unknown spice...b/c i could definetly taste it and it just wasn't Perfect. However I always plot on some vanilla ice cream and I was good to go! See reciepe here. Photobucket

Putt, Putt, ..Boom!

Do You ever Get the Feeling that you're stuck at Home? (raising my hand) Well that feeling is Reality. Sean and I only own one car. My borrowed parents car went "kaputt". And Yup, you guessed it, and he gets to keep the Good car....to and from work. He has the nice car while Im stuck with the No car. Now this isn't the first time this is happened. And if I remember correctly I didn't do too well in that situation. And now Im scared its gonna be the same experience. Don't know about you but I Hate afternoons here in the desert. its not a happy place and they remind me of headaches. Pretty sure thats because i(me as a child) would walk home from the bus stop in the blistering heat and soon after a headache would appear. It was the same with recess and after school sports and all that riff raff. Ugh, i hate the afternoons! So who in their right mind wants to run all their errands in an 110 degree car, with sticky clothes, evaporated perfume, horns a honking, people rushin, while burning your hands(or any other exposed flesh) on the stupid seat buckle, and an ON-Coming Headache?!?!?!
Well it ain't ME I tell ya!
No wonder the AZ drivers are so bitter and anal. Its the darn Anger-producing-Heat breathing down our necks. Do you realize it is NOW the middle of November and were juuuuust getting a sip of the cold? Really?! Com'on now mother nature whats the delay? Are you changing seasons on us with out telling? Are we becoming Austrailia(you knew that this is their summer time right)? Ooops! Sorry I just had a little bit of a tangent there. Irritation is what builds up in a mother in these circumstances. Sorry little blog, i had to take it out on you.
So, Where was I? With lack of transportation and a two year old and Me, well I ain't gonna be a happy Mama. uhhhhhhhhhhhh... Now what am i to do?

Hows the House Hunting coming along?

Funny you should ask. There is a particular house that I have not mentioned here on this blog...reason?...well I wouldn't want anyone to steal from me now would I? No, that wouldn't be a good thing... Its going into auction soon this month but we are hoping(from some news under the table) that by resubmitting our offer, we hope the bank will accept before it goes. It has a pool and a decent lot with alot of square footage, awesome floorplan, and basically I can't stop thinking about it. I feel like i am the girlfriend who got the rug swept right out from under her and was ''dumped", and no matter how hard I try(to move on) I still want him back. Yeah, its a LoveSick senario. (sigh) So we are due to submit the offer tomorrow. Tho, I still feel the same, like Im never gonna get this house, that it will fall through(AGAIN). But Im pretty sure that whatever happens it'll be for the best. Sides, there is one OTHER house of which My EyE Spot yesterday. Ohhhh me Likie! So, as for us? Well we are in for the winter. Sorry Nancy, I guess you're stuck with us a little longer, but we are very thankful. luv, Aezra And for your viewing pleasures, a few videos from us ...well....from M. Here. Here. and Here and Here

Dress up and lets get free candy

Sweet! sign me up. Oh wait, i did that already. Ah, the subject of Halloween. Its the same thing each year. I baffle my brain over and over of what creative costume can I come up with this year. And It seems I just get to overwhelmed give it up easily or I procrastinate. Neither one gets me anywhere but I still try to dress up because I think its the spirit of the holiday, so why not embrace it!? Live a little. But, im always trying to be budget friendly too...and thats kinda where it slows down. But nevertheless, we conquered this year. Yes indeedy, I found my daughters beautiful little tutu from the salvation army for $3.

Its a little bent out of shape but there are no stains and no sewing necessary. Now believe me when i say Im lazy...i should have gotten around to figuring out how to iron the tutu out...buuuuuuuut, that didn't happen. All of a sudden it was Halloween and M woke up from her nap and it was 1.2.3.GO! She didn't wake it 5:30 so we had to get hoppin'.
Here she is as a Ballerina

Photobucket

I bet shes thinkin' "Hmmm, i wonder where those kids are getting all that candy?" Photobucket It was a little chill so I put on her wrap top and off we went! Photobucket Her first stop. She was a little unsure of the process at first. she kinda thought that they kept giving you candy. I had to tell her to say Trink r treat, Thank you and Goodbye Photobucket She was quite pleased with her little handful. Just look at that face! Photobucket And again here, she was really starting to get the idea. "Candy from strangers?, uh, okay!" Yeah, seriously, what have we gotten ourselves into? What Am I teaching my kids!?!?! ah!!!! Photobucket "Where in the World is...Carmen SanDiego?" There she is..standing next to that adorable ballerina! With the ever-dragging-father we were soon pushing for home. But M didnt care, she was already digging and lickin on her lollipop. Photobucket Changed and ready for a fun night, M was quite content settling herself right next to Uncle "bobby" as she calls him. Its so cute! Photobucket A little too comfortable. ha ha ha ha. Shes our little"space invader" . But,
It was a Happy Halloween.

Once upon a time two saturdays ago...

(Bare with me as im trying to catch up...) We got outta bed, ate breakfast, and did nothing intelligent as usual but this Saturday would be different. Today we got dressed in the traditional Family fashion....3 hours later...and by 11:30 we were off! I kept telling my husband that we would be going to a pumpkin patch. Him: "So,...where are we going?" Her: "(sigh), we are going to a pumpkin patch, i told you last week remember?" You all Im sure can relate in some way or another. Yeah so, me knowing the weather conditions to be warm i dressed light and dressed M light too. He however didn't get the drift and dressed in a BLACK shirt and jeans. (yes, i said black shirt, i know i know, i told him its illegal here in AZ to dress in black) And to his displeasure he arrived and started to sweat upon waiting in line. Yup, and thats when I started the day with two children.
And off we went...
Photobucket
after being weighed and measured, we were allotted in.
Then M played in a haunted house, a dreary tunnel, and a beaten bouncer. she seemed erie of what was going on and unsure of her surroundings.
Photobucket
But soon after, she picked her brain for the perfect pumpkin..
Photobucket
the eagle has spotted its prey...
Photobucket
off the way, tables were conveniently set up with sickers n' things to help the little devils give a hack at some fun...ya know, make little frakinstiens 4 themselves.
Photobucket
mommy and daddy partook of the rituals too.
Photobucket
Look at that handy work.. ITs ALIVE!
Photobucket
Thereafter, we took our journeyings to the west only to get lost in "THE MAZE OF HAYZE".
Photobucket
just as terror crept into our souls and goblin's snarled we found our way out.
Photobucket
we felt parched from all our adventures and beheld an oger's hut filled with sweet drink. Sadly, the ogar did not take plastic, but was much happier with 2 George washinton heads.
Photobucket
after much debate and felt captive to our surroundings a "returned from the dead John Deere" offered us a ride on his wagon to help us get to our destination.
Photobucket
We heard plenty of wolves howls, stretching owls, and crossed on black cat
Photobucket
We also saw a spotted cow, a naked hen, and a slobbery pig.
Photobucket
We came upon a majical kingdom of Purple field faries... we swear it stretched for miles and miles. It was beautiful.
Photobucket
With the wave of our hands and a "toodles!" we were excited to have found what we were looking for... A Pumpkin Patch!
Photobucket
I found this one
Photobucket
and she tried to lift this one.
Photobucket
We are happy to say we survived and are doing well.
