Im havin' Way to much fun with this

So the line between Now and Novy 20th is getting thinner and thinner. So my mind is becoming more aware and aware. I've pretty much decided WHAT THE HECK!(throw my hands up in the air) Lets go all the way! Im getting "something" no matter a new house or Not. I'll save for it if i have to. But I want to have something to look back on and say "yeah, i was apart of that craze"(referring to Twilight). Even if it means I embarrass myself or be proud of myself. So heres whats goin threw my mind.
left: hubs Right: Me Left: Moi Right: hubs
Left: Him Right: her
Aren't these awesome! I can't wait. Hubs is actually coming with me. Oh yeah, were in this together.

thats our motto

ah CRAP!
I just took an online test telling me I'll be pregnant by October 10th! Whoa! Talk about the scary truth. What I mean is, I wouldn't doubt it.
Ps. the fact of the matter is: What happens, happens. thats our motto.

Kick

You know when you go through periods of time where you're in a "kick"? Well this has been one of mine lately...for like 3 weeks.
Sonic Banana shakes! Funny cuz i dont even care for bananas. I mean I like banana bread but still the actual banana ain't my cup of tea. Sure, i'll force myself to eat one from time to time. After all M makes them look so good when she gobbles one down. All I know is their sonic shakes are Delicious! Its all thanks to mr. man. He started it!
and this is M's kick.
"Pea!" as she calls them.
Whos being the better example here? Hm.....

The first scent of Autum is here

I can smell it in the house. I first discovered the change in smell yesterday. Im pretty sure that wind did the trick. After breakfast M asked what she always asks " Outside?" she says. Photobucket (looking on) Photobucket ..."what be down there?"... (iPhotobucket want to gobble up those cheekies) Photobucket ..."ou!"... Photobucket (what her adorable mouth looks like when she talks) ...So M and I went outside early this morning to enjoy the cool air, breeze, sunshine, shade, clouds, blue sky, and most of all, each other. i highly recommend it!

I was afraid this would happen

The house has issues. I mean come on...what 30 yr old house wouldn't. Imagehosting at Imageloop But Apparently, however normal, the house has been treated for termites in the past and currently has them now. Boo! The previous owners, considering it was foreclosing, thought it would be a good idea to take with them with their tail between their legs: the pool equipment the pool pump etc a pump for the pond the garbage disposal(who in their right mind takes a garbage disposal?!?!?)
(rolling eyes)
Whatever, at least they didn't trash the house or put holes in the walls. All things considered, i guess i should thank my lucky stars. But still, what the heck, take the garbage disposal?! ugh. Okay so get this apparently the bank had made a mistake. The house in actuality is only 1500 sq ft...as in 1500 sq ft of what they call "Livable space". When we were told and was certainly displayed that the house was 2500 sq ft. This is false because, as we found out today by the inspector, the additions to the house( 2 spaces, bathroom, guest room) don't have vents. Which means that if they cannot be heated or cooled its not considered livable space. Now this brings up an interesting bit. The bank said it was 2500 sq ft...which is false...because it can only be considered that if it was livable space and the bank WOULD know that IF they gotten the county recorder. So whoops on the banks part...and apparently they can get into big trouble for misconstruing information. And they said it was 4 bed 3 bath which we discovered to be false as well. Its technically not considered a full bath unless a bath tub is present too. There is only one bath tub in one bathroom, the rest are showers w/tile. So Whoops, another big No-No on their part. Another downer situation: the roof leaks in the carport which is addition to the house meaning they put the roof on themselves. So because the roof is (duh) apart of the house it is also considered not a livable condition. So heres where it gets icky. We can't fix these until we own it BUT we can't own it until its fixed. Now its become a catch 22. however, we are hoping that because we can get the bank in big trouble, that they will go in a fix these issues before we buy the house from them. And that is where we are at right now. curious to see the House? visit here.

.......

WE Got Accepted! Our offer was accepted today! We're getting a house! Photobucket Its a well keep house, generally. The carpets will need to be replaced ...but other then that...its a STEAL. It rests I believe on a quarter of an acre with a pool and gazebo. There is a roof deck over looking the mountains East. 2500 sq ft. Huge carport of which we hope to turn into a large garage. great storage. Good neighborhood. Minimal crime. Should be a great place to have a family. Inspections are taking place on Monday. We'll see what happens. I was blessed to have grown up on a large plot of land...and I've always dreamed that I too someday could offer that to my kids. It looks like it may come true. All for $179,000! It was sold for 350k a few years back. Crazy, I know. I have to admit...i am a tad embarrassed to show the front to the house because its just.... well horribly out grown and landscaped. But would look fantastic with some love and dedication.

Quotes of Note

"The best way to cheer yourself up, is to cheer somebody else up" - Mark Twain
...a brillant man couldn't have said it any better. thanks Mr. Twain

Meet Gilbert!

(I've been delaying on this post... ) Here is the newest member of our family.

ok, you caught me, im totally exaggerating. But really, we are excited to have him. M received this little guy in nursery i think a month ago and we've loved him ever since. Just about every morning as I am making our breakfast we say our good mornings to Gil(as I often call him)
As Im trying to teach M that he is a fish now she thinks his name IS Fish. But when she says it, it sounds more like "fear" with out the r. She just can't quite tact on the "sh" part. Its the cutest thing first thing in the morning.

Daddy and Me

Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket A Happy little reunion. We are always glad when daddy comes home.(from school)
Even if that means staying up a little later. :o) to be continued...

Wish us luck!

We put a bid on a house! Higher than the asking price but we're hoping that'll get the banks attention. Im just trying to keep in mind that it'll be a good place to raise a family but that it may not be ours. When it comes to this...you kinda don't have a choice with your feelings but to just sit on the fence. So I sit.
and wait.

Love. It Happens.

It was noon, and I just put M in the stroller after our 20 min playtime at the Mall's playplace. There I was just minding my own business, refusing those annoying persistent sales people with their carts of their products, saying "no thanks", "no thank you", sorry, not interested". Can I just have a break from them? Try as I might, being sure to steer clear of eye-contact, I stared in the wrong direction at the wrong time. Or perhaps it was the Right direction and the Right time. Either way I was forced to look past a glass window into a clothing store and looked upon the shirt that shot sparks in my stomach. I literately stopped in my tracks, body facing forward, head/eyes cocked to the right. Someone behind me had to dodge out of the way because of my abrupt stop in the mall's walkway. It was "Love" at first sight. I whipped the stroller around and floated right to the Manichean wearing the lovely article of clothing. Now I don't go for words on shirts or sayings...no not really me...but it was so simple...so right.
"All we need IS love". Isn't that the truth? Just show love to one another, give to another, be the peace maker In all things good, this is surely one.
and It felt good wearing it.

Thou shalt NOT have

(stopped by my "lost" house today.)
It feels like Im being told this. Its just this little rant inside my head. It saddens me. But perhaps we'll find another home like it or better. Perhaps.
(Front room, into kitchen and family room) Heres what we get to "try" to look forward to...the same repetitive "no, this ain't it" feeling. but we try and must press on. House no. 1 House no. 2 House no. 3 house no. 4 house no. 5(this pic is horrible, it cuts out half the house...its actually better than appears)

breathing heavily

You know that feeling when your heart starts pounding, a rush of heat feels your chest, fireworks are going off in your stomach, a hint of butterflies, your throat begins to tighten in order to hold back a scream, possible goose bumps form on your arms or legs, and you're unaware of the tension in your muscles?
I think that feeling is called excitement or pre-faint or utter joy...whatever it may be it hit me full force this evening! With Vengeance! I just witnessed the sequel to Twilight, New Moon. On VMA mtv's video music awards they had Kristen, Rob, and Taylor present they're up coming movie via trailer. And it made me crazy. I can't stop thinking about it. Im having hot flashes, its 2 am in the morning that Im typing this. I mean what kind of spell has this trailer put on me? OH! nough said...just take a look for yourself.
If any of you have felt one, some, or all of these feelings right along with me, PLEASE make it known. Validate me.

Im an Ar-tist!

Pencil, pen, Crayon, Chalk... Its all the same ...Why not!?
It all started out innocently enough on the chalk board a few days ago
Then progressed to the glass door, then the cabinets
Then to any door she felt
and random walls through out the house.
What is she, Two?!!!! :0)
