Once upon a time two saturdays ago...

(Bare with me as im trying to catch up...) We got outta bed, ate breakfast, and did nothing intelligent as usual but this Saturday would be different. Today we got dressed in the traditional Family fashion....3 hours later...and by 11:30 we were off! I kept telling my husband that we would be going to a pumpkin patch. Him: "So,...where are we going?" Her: "(sigh), we are going to a pumpkin patch, i told you last week remember?" You all Im sure can relate in some way or another. Yeah so, me knowing the weather conditions to be warm i dressed light and dressed M light too. He however didn't get the drift and dressed in a BLACK shirt and jeans. (yes, i said black shirt, i know i know, i told him its illegal here in AZ to dress in black) And to his displeasure he arrived and started to sweat upon waiting in line. Yup, and thats when I started the day with two children.
And off we went...

after being weighed and measured, we were allotted in.
Then M played in a haunted house, a dreary tunnel, and a beaten bouncer. she seemed erie of what was going on and unsure of her surroundings.

But soon after, she picked her brain for the perfect pumpkin..

the eagle has spotted its prey...
Photobucket
off the way, tables were conveniently set up with sickers n' things to help the little devils give a hack at some fun...ya know, make little frakinstiens 4 themselves.
Photobucket
mommy and daddy partook of the rituals too.
Photobucket
Look at that handy work.. ITs ALIVE!

Thereafter, we took our journeyings to the west only to get lost in "THE MAZE OF HAYZE".
Photobucket
just as terror crept into our souls and goblin's snarled we found our way out.
Photobucket
we felt parched from all our adventures and beheld an oger's hut filled with sweet drink. Sadly, the ogar did not take plastic, but was much happier with 2 George washinton heads.
Photobucket
after much debate and felt captive to our surroundings a "returned from the dead John Deere" offered us a ride on his wagon to help us get to our destination.
Photobucket
We heard plenty of wolves howls, stretching owls, and crossed on black cat
Photobucket
We also saw a spotted cow, a naked hen, and a slobbery pig.
Photobucket
We came upon a majical kingdom of Purple field faries... we swear it stretched for miles and miles. It was beautiful.
Photobucket
With the wave of our hands and a "toodles!" we were excited to have found what we were looking for... A Pumpkin Patch!
Photobucket
I found this one
Photobucket
and she tried to lift this one.
Photobucket
We are happy to say we survived and are doing well.

Fun place. Just right for the little ones. Loved the shot with her picking up the big pumpkin. Priceless.
