You may or may not know already...but the news is that it was going to take alot on money "ON hand" to fix up the place before we moved in. In order to make it livable. But obviously we don't have the money. And so thats pretty much the stori. I was afraid this would happen once we'd hear back from the Inspector. (sigh) Oh well. In a way, we are both relieved. Once we made the decision to back out we felt pretty good about it. Its just hard when this place had sooo much potential and could be the once beautiful place it was.
So, On with the next!
