Wish us luck today...A renter comes to check out the place at 5pm. Been hauling butt 'round here all day. Exhausted. thirst deprived. unmotivated from lack of sleep. ready for the weekend...yeah, that about does it.

Wait a minute. Did i miss something? Did you guys buy a new place?
no, not yet. we don't want to start the move until we are sure that we have renters. once renters take over than we'll move out..but to sean's mom's house. from there we'll continue to look.
